It was my friend Alicia's birthday on Saturday and she's also eating low carb like myself. I made her a Lemon Poppy seed Cake with Cream Cheese frosting. The cake is simple, but it taste really good. You can find the recipe here

I'm not a great writer and I'm terrible with grammar, but I do hope the changes I've made in my life will help others as well. As you can see on the links above, all the recipes I'm trying out are from the blog Maria's Nutritious and Delicious Journal. Since I found her blog and I follow her on facebook I have made changes and I don't feel deprivation. She has a variety of recipes and also gives health explanations as to why and a little history of health issues. I've become obsessed with her blog and I also purchased two of her books so far.
